Shipping Policy

All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours from the time your order was placed. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by email or phone. If the delay is due to a backorder, you will be given the option to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.

All shipments ship via UPS (United Parcel Service). You have the choice to ship your order Ground, 3-day service, 2-day service or Overnight. Please specify shipping option at time of order.

Refused Shipments:

All refused shipments without cause will result in the buyer being billed for all applicable freight charges. An additional $50.00 handling fee will be added to all unauthorized refusals.

Lost or Damaged Goods

UPS shipments containing multiple packages may be separated. Please allow 3 working days after arrival of 1st package before contacting customer service. All shipments must be checked immediately upon receipt. All claims for damaged UPS shipments must be made directly with UPS as well as notifying Label Pro of the damage.

Label Pro offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all stock items. Non-manufactured items distributed by Label Pro are warranted only to the extent and in the manner warranted by the manufacturer.


Order Policy:

  • All orders require credit card payment: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
  • We are authorized to collect 8.25% California Sales Tax on all "non-resale" items shipping within California.
  • Pricing and Photographs are subject to change without notice.
    All Public Institutions (Libraries, Schools, Government Agencies, etc.) will automatically receive Net 30-Day Terms.


Return Policy:

All shipments must be checked immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange, in-house credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from date of invoice. All custom orders are non-refundable.

All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packaging material, and tape securely.

All shipping charges incurred due to the return of merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer. Label Pro will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the return of merchandise. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured."
